Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

All return or refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.


Damaged Product Verification (Mandatory)

To request a return, refund, or replacement for a damaged product:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Provide clear images and/or videos showing the damage and original packaging

⚠️ Important:
Returns or refunds will be processed only after verification of the damage. If the claim is not approved after review, the request will be declined.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Used or worn products are not eligible for return or refund

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable


Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@wulfverse.com within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share required images/videos for verification

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

  4. Securely pack the product before shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin

  • Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive the product to process the refund

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect, depending on your payment provider

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for size issues or approved damaged items

  • Exchange eligibility is subject to product availability

Prepaid Orders

  • One free size exchange is provided

  • No additional charges for the exchange shipment

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Customers must bear both forward and reverse shipping charges

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@wulfverse.com within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests made after the specified time window
