Securely pack the product before shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges are only available for size issues or approved damaged items

No additional charges for the exchange shipment
